These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your rental of equipment and services from Good Times Y'all Parties ("we," "us," "our"). By placing a reservation, paying a deposit, or accepting delivery of any rental item, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations & deposits
- All reservations require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure rental items.
- Items are not held until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due no later than the time of delivery. We will contact you the Monday before your event to arrange the balance.
- If the remaining balance is not paid by delivery, we cannot leave the rental items at your event.
2. Payment methods
We accept cash or credit card. Cash payments require exact change — our drivers do not carry cash.
3. Delivery & pickup
- Standard delivery: 1–2 days before your event.
- Standard pickup: 1–2 days after your event.
- We do not guarantee a specific delivery or pickup time without an additional scheduling fee.
- Delivery fee: $20 flat within 10 miles of zip code 75704; $3 per mile beyond 10 miles, up to a 50-mile radius.
- Online checkout may not include the over-10-miles delivery fee or the damage waiver. These will be added to your final invoice.
4. Setup & breakdown
- Tent setup and breakdown is included at no additional charge.
- Table and chair setup is included when your order is 50 or fewer chairs and 8 or fewer tables. Larger orders require advance notice and an additional labor charge.
- We set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Tent weights or stakes are highly recommended — even a small breeze can knock a tent over.
5. Damage waiver
- An 8% damage waiver is added to every rental order.
- The damage waiver covers accidental damage to rental items.
- The damage waiver does not cover loss, theft, vandalism, or weather damage.
- You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Please alert us if you notice anything beyond normal wear.
- Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or willful damage will be charged to you, including repair or replacement cost.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel up until the day before delivery.
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable; however, we will credit the deposit amount toward a future event date within 12 months.
7. Care of rental items
You are responsible for the rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. Please keep items dry, clean, and protected from misuse. Stacking, dragging, or use beyond intended purpose may result in damage charges.
8. Liability
Renter agrees to use rental items at their own risk and to indemnify and hold Good Times Y'all Parties harmless from any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of rental items. Good Times Y'all Parties is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss occurring during the rental period unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Weather
We monitor weather conditions, but events with severe weather (high winds, lightning, etc.) are at the renter's discretion. We do not offer refunds for weather. If conditions become unsafe for our staff to deliver, set up, or pick up, we'll work with you to reschedule. Weather damage to rental items is not covered by the damage waiver.
10. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number to Good Times Y'all Parties and opting in (via form consent or by replying YES to a text), you agree to receive transactional and operational text messages related to your reservation — including confirmations, delivery updates, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity.
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support or call (903) 565-9982.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
- We do not share or sell mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Smith County, Texas.
