Delivery

$20 flat within 10 miles of 75704.

Standard delivery within a 10-mile radius of zip code 75704 is a flat $20. Beyond 10 miles, we add $3 per mile. We deliver up to 50 miles out — Tyler, Lindale, Chandler, Whitehouse, Troup, Bullard, Flint, and surrounding communities.

Standard drop-off is 1–2 days before your event; pickup is 1–2 days after. We can't guarantee a specific time window without an extra scheduling fee.

Setup & breakdown

Always included on tents.

Tent setup and breakdown is always included at no extra charge. Tables and chairs are also included when your order is 50 or fewer chairs and 8 or fewer tables. Bigger orders just need a heads-up so we can plan labor — and we'll let you know the exact fee up front.

Damage waiver

8% added to every order.

The 8% damage waiver covers accidental damage to rental items. What it doesn't cover: loss, theft, vandalism, or weather damage. If something gets a tear or a stain from normal use, you're covered.

Online checkout doesn't auto-add this 8% — we add it manually to your final invoice along with any over-10-miles delivery fee.

Deposit & payment

25% non-refundable deposit.

All reservations require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your items. We'll reach out the Monday before your event for the remaining balance — you can pay any time between then and delivery.

The balance must be paid by the time we deliver, or we can't leave the items at your event.

Payment methods: cash or credit card. If you're paying cash, please have exact change — our drivers don't carry change.

Cancellation

Cancel up to the day before.

You can cancel up until the day before we deliver. The 25% deposit is non-refundable, but we'll credit it toward a future event date.
