Delivery & setup

Can you deliver to my event?
We deliver anywhere within 50 miles of zip code 75704. Common areas we serve are Tyler, Lindale, Chandler, Whitehouse, Troup, Bullard, and Flint. Outside that radius? Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is $20 within 10 miles of zip code 75704. Beyond 10 miles, it's an extra $3 per mile.
When will you deliver my rental items?
Standard delivery is 1–2 days before your event. Pickup is 1–2 days after. We can't guarantee a specific delivery or pickup time without an additional scheduling fee.
Do you set up and break down?
Yes! Tents are always set up and broken down at no extra charge. Tables and chairs are also included if your order is 50 or fewer chairs and 8 or fewer tables. Larger orders need advance notice and a small labor fee.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up tents on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Tent weights or stakes are highly encouraged — even a small breeze can knock a tent over.

Payment & deposit

Do you require a deposit?
Yes — all orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your rental items.
When do I need to pay the remainder?
We'll reach out the Monday before your event. You can pay any time between then and delivery. The balance must be paid by the time we deliver, or we won't be able to leave the items at your event.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash or credit card. If paying with cash, please have exact change — our drivers don't carry cash.
If I book online, is the total at checkout the final amount?
Not quite. We manually add the 8% damage waiver, and if you're more than 10 miles from 75704, the extra delivery fee gets added to the final invoice.
What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel up until the day before delivery. The 25% deposit is non-refundable, but we'll credit it toward a future event date.

Damage & responsibility

What happens if I return an item damaged?
The 8% damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to rental items. It does NOT cover loss, theft, vandalism, or weather damage.
Am I responsible for tears or damage to rental items?
Yes and no. You aren't responsible for normal wear and tear. Please let us know if you spot anything beyond that. If damage occurs from negligence, you'll be responsible for repair or replacement — but for accidents, the damage waiver has you covered.
